Enrolled Nurse

An enrolled nurse is a practically skilled individual working under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide clients with gold-standard service and care. They are enthusiastic and reliable, with a willingness to grow.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Essential:
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (or reliable transport)
- Understanding of holistic, person-centred principles
- An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Ability to prioritise work and tasks for effective completion
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good computer skills and experience with commonly used software and applications
Desirable:
- Proven experience within the healthcare sector (aged care, disability and community)
- Medication endorsement with S8 and IV medication competency
- Accredited Advance Life Support certification
- Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to nursing practices
- Speak languages other than English
